- Meet #1 (ILH Meet Non-Scored) Aloha Team! We are a week away from our first ILH Meet, so lets get ready for a new week of practice!! Coach Jason
- Roster Passing on some information from my ILH Coaches meeting. Teams will have to be established no later than August 31, 2009. All Coaches were instructed to turn in their rosters no later than September 1, 2009. What does this mean? Well, if you know of anyone else that wants to participate in Cross Country, they must do so by Monday, August 31st! Well, more information to come. - 2009 Cross Country Season Aloha Student Athletes and Parents! We are a few days from the start of our 2009 Cross Country Season! For starters, our first practice will be on August 18, 2009.
